Facilitate classes for employee soft-skills and technical competency development in line with the change & capability and business strategy
Facilitate leadership development programs
Review course curricula and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Ensure Training Quality Guidelines/Processes are followed
Interview staff and managers to assess training need
Provide the necessary documentation and reporting for all classes facilitated
Work with Change & Capability to catalyze improvement with regard to employee personal and professional competency development, and its execution & application
Verify learning effectiveness through observations; conduct audits to validate effectiveness of training and track post training results
Evaluate classroom feedback to find ways on how to improve class facilitation Conduct needs analysis, research and create new training initiatives to strengthen the skill set of Employees
Support in the design and development of instructional learning material for training courses that support employee competency development
Identify gaps and come up with action plans for improvement
Provide input to revise and improve existing materials to keep track with the developmental needs of employee
Organize in-house and offsite activities, like presentations, job simulations and real--playing exercises
Calculate and report on training costs
