Overview

Key responsibilities
- Create and implement soft skills training programs tailored to the specific needs of the organization.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, exercises, and case studies.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to employees at all levels.
- Assess individual and team training needs through surveys and interviews.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to employees to enhance their soft skills.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments.
- Collaborate with HR and department managers to identify skill gaps and training needs.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training and adult learning.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on personal development and career growth.
- Facilitate workshops and team-building activities to improve communication and collaboration.
- Track and maintain records of employee progress and training outcomes.
- Conduct pre- and post-training evaluations to measure the impact of the training programs.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Address employee issues related to soft skills and behavior through appropriate interventions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct training needs assessments and develop targeted programs.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering engaging and effective training sessions.
- Proficiency in using training tools and technologies for interactive learning experiences.
- Certification in coaching, training, or adult education is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple training initiatives.
- Ability to adapt training content to diverse learning styles and audience needs.
- Understanding of performance evaluation and impact assessment of training programs.
- Empathetic and patient approach to coaching and mentoring employees.
- Proven ability to foster a positive learning environment and motivate employees towards skill improvement.
- Knowledge of HR processes and practices related to talent development is advantageous.
