Soft Services Management:

Oversee and manage all aspects of soft services including housekeeping, janitorial services, pest control, waste management, and landscaping. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality standards to maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor service quality and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.

Event Management:

Plan, organize, and coordinate events within the facility, ensuring all logistical requirements are met, including setup, cleaning, security, and post-event services. Work closely with internal departments and external vendors to manage event-related activities and resolve any issues that arise.

Vendor and Contract Management:

Manage contracts with vendors and service providers, including negotiating terms, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.

Team Leadership:

Lead, train, and supervise the soft services team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and a focus on customer satisfaction. Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing feedback to promote a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
Health, Safety, and Compliance:
Ensure all services comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
Implement safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and visitors.

Budget and Cost Management:

Manage the budget for soft services and events, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality. Monitor and control expenses to align with the allocated budget.

Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare regular reports on service performance, event outcomes, customer feedback, and any incidents or issues. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to soft services and events, including contracts, schedules, and inspection reports.
