Job Description
Society Manager Hardworking, like to travel, knowledge of computers, well versed with the Housing society (commercial residential) bye- laws rules, command over language (English Regional).
Desired Candidate Profile Candidate should be graduate with 5 - 10 years of experience in Cooperative Housing Society matters like, billing and receipt, recording minutes of meeting, record keeping, filing, vendor check preparation, taking care of general maintenance of society, attend members complaint, maintain statutory society registers, drafting circulars / notice / NOC etc. He should be well versed with the Housing society (commercial residential) bye- laws rules with computer knowledge. Candidate having accounting knowledge will be preferred. He should be able to travel within city limits. Good command over language (English Regional) is must for this position.
Your responsibilities
You would be visible as extended arm of Mysocietyclub.com to the various clients and will work with them on behalf of us as per the time / days allocation. Candidate may have to work with multiple societies as may be assigned, while you will be on companys payroll and hence you will have an identity.
