CAREER OPPORTUNITY

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Social Media Strategist to join our marketing team and lead our social media efforts.

As our Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for our Brands across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Snapchat, and YouTube, with greater emphasis placed on Instagram and TikTok.

You will work closely with our CEO and our Chief Marketing Officer and lead our social media team. You will explore, develop, and execute marketing strategies for each social media channel and/or emerging social platforms, taking into consideration trends and market sentiments.

Additionally, you will build and manage a team of social media content producers and work closely with our content marketing production team to oversee the creation and dissemination of viral content. Your role will be crucial in shaping our brand's digital narrative, executing campaigns, forging partnerships, and steering the creative direction of our social media efforts.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, a self-starter, a team player, and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Work cross-functionally with our Executive, Public Relations, Human Resources, Creative Department, Digital Marketing, and other teams to develop and execute Seeking.com's social media effort company-wide

Strategy Development

  • Constantly monitor and identify relevant trends, quickly integrating them into our social media strategy to keep our brand current and engaging.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across all social media platforms, with emphasis given to Instagram and TikTok.
  • Develop and script video content and ideas, ensuring they align with our overall social media strategy.
  • Stay abreast of trends and advancements in social media tools, platforms, and strategies to keep our brand at the forefront of the luxury dating industry.

Campaign Development

  • Craft and oversee the execution of innovative social media campaigns that resonate with our target audience and reflect our brand's luxury ethos
  • Identify and secure partnerships with influencers, brands, and other stakeholders to amplify our reach and enhance our brand positioning
  • Collaborate with the production team to develop and execute both original content ideas and those provided by others, ensuring alignment with our overall social media strategy
  • Engage with our community by developing content that promotes interaction, increases followers, and encourages community growth.

Campaign Management

  • Continuously analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies to ensure maximum effectiveness and ROI on social media campaigns.
  • Analyze and interpret data to derive actionable insights that optimize social media performance.

Leadership

  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the social media team, fostering professional growth and development, setting clear goals for each member of the team, and ensuring accountability.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Social Media Strategist, Manager, or similar role with a focus on luxury brands, ideally in the lifestyle, fashion, or dating industries.
  • Demonstrable experience managing and growing brands on social media platforms, with specific emphasis on Instagram and TikTok, with a strong understanding of each platform's best practices and audience engagement strategies.
  • Innovative and creative thinker who can both develop a strong vision and execute it.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with an ability to generate fresh ideas for content and campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams and developing professionals.
  • Must be knowledgeable and experienced in understanding social media algorithms, with a deep knowledge of optimal posting tactics for platforms like Instagram. and TikTok to effectively optimize our posting strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
