We are seeking a talented and organize media coordinator to join our team. The media coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our media campaigns and initiatives across various platforms.
  • Key Responsibilities:-

Assist and develop of media plans and strategies in collaboration with marketing team

Coordinate and schedule the placement of media advertisement, including print, digital and broadcast channel

Maintain media calendar and timetables to ensure timely execution of campaigns and deliverables

Research media outlets and vendors to identify opportunities for advertising and promotional placements.

Negotiate pricing ,contracts and terms with media partners to optimize advertising role and maximize budget efficiency

Collaborate with internal teams including creative , design and content media assets and collateral

Coordinate the production and delivery of media content including graphics, video and ad copy.

Ensure that media material are produced according to brand guidelines and quality standards

Identify trends, patterns and opportunities for optimization based on data analysis and feedback

Maintain relationship with media representative and stakeholders to stay informed about industry trends and opportunity

Respond to comment, message and inquiries from followers and engage with the online community
  • Qualification:-*

Bachelor's in any stream ( Marketing, Business administration are preferable) or any related field

2 years of experiencing in media planning and coordination or any related roles

Excellent organizational , project management and time management skills

Proficiency in MS office and media planning software

Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

Creative mindset with a passion for media and marketing

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 15,
  • 00 - 20,000.00 per month

    Expected hours: 20 per week
