At Ivy Homes, our Social Media team is the voice and digital face of our brand. As a Social Media Expert, you will be responsible for curating, managing, and enhancing our companys social media presence in the rapidly growing real estate sector. Real estate is one of the largest investment avenues, where individuals are making significant financial commitments, and the industry is constantly evolving. Your role will be crucial in building trust and engagement through compelling content, positioning Ivy Homes as a trusted brand in this high-stakes market. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that connect with our audience and drive our online growth.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Develop and execute social media strategies to showcase Ivy Homes properties and services, driving engagement, lead generation, and brand trust in the real estate industry.
- Create engaging content (text, image, and video) tailored to different social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) that resonates with property buyers and investors.
- Monitor social media platforms to identify trends, and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, building relationships with potential property buyers and channel partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce visually appealing content that highlights the value and uniqueness of our properties, ensuring alignment with Ivy Homes real estate branding.
- Analyze and report on social media performance, using analytics tools to track key metrics, adjust strategies, and optimize content for better reach and engagement with property investors.
- Stay updated on industry trends, both in social media and the real estate market, to ensure Ivy Homes remains at the forefront of innovation and trends in both spheres.
- Implement paid social media campaigns to boost visibility, engagement, and interest in Ivy Homes properties and services.
- Manage and grow online communities, cultivating relationships with followers, influencers, and potential property buyers.
- Engage in influencer outreach and collaboration opportunities with influencers in the real estate space to extend the brands online presence.
- Work closely with the sales team to align social media campaigns with property launches, sales promotions, and the overall real estate market strategy.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE
- 0-5 years of experience in Social Media Management, preferably in real estate, hospitality, retail, or tech sectors.
- A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, brand building, and showcasing the value of property investments.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their best practices, and how to leverage them for growth in a competitive real estate market.
- Proficiency in social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage different audiences and build trust around property investment opportunities.
- Experience in running paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, particularly in sectors where people make high-value investments, such as real estate.
- A proactive approach, with an ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts efficiently.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics to optimize posts and campaigns for the real estate sector.
- A strong visual and design sensibility; proficiency in graphic design tools is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and the needs of property buyers and investors.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
This is a 6-day work week role; weekends may be required based on property campaigns and content needs.
