Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing social media campaigns, creating social media content, working with digital marketing platforms, communicating effectively with team members and clients, and staying current with the latest social media and digital marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
- Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with clients marketing goals.
- Conduct competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and audience identification.
Content Creation:
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging, high-quality content across various social media platforms.
- Oversee the creation of visual content, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia elements.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid social advertising, to meet specific objectives.
- Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Community Engagement:
- Manage and engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Foster positive interactions and build relationships with followers and influencers.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance, measure KPIs, and generate detailed reports.
- Present findings to clients and internal teams, offering insights and suggestions for improvement.
Trend Monitoring:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Implement innovative strategies to keep clients ahead of the curve.
Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in social media strategy and management, preferably within a digital agency.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
