Job Overview:
The Paid Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a strong understanding of social media advertising strategies, audience targeting, and performance analysis. You will work closely with the broader marketing team to align campaigns with overall business goals and ensure that our paid social efforts deliver maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement paid social media strategies that align with business objectives, including audience segmentation, budget allocation, and creative direction.
- Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and others without any mistakes
- Ad Creative: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, images, and videos that resonate with target audiences.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization to improve ROI, CTR, CPA, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced audience targeting techniques, including custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and demographic/behavioral targeting, to reach the most relevant users.
- Budget Management: Manage and optimize the budget for paid social campaigns, ensuring efficient spend allocation to maximize results.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ads and landing pages to identify the most effective strategies and continuously improve campaign performance.
- Reporting: Generate detailed performance reports on a regular basis, presenting findings and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends and updates in paid social media advertising, adjusting strategies as needed to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing team members to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.
