Job Description

Social Media Specialist (2-3 Years of Experience)A Social Media Specialist with 2-3 years of experience is responsible for creating and executing social media strategies to grow brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Their key responsibilities include:Paid Social Media Campaigns
  • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Analyze campaign performance, optimize targeting and creative, and report on results
  • Leverage advanced targeting and bidding strategies to maximize ROI
Content Creation and Design
  • Produce engaging, on-brand content including graphics, videos, and written posts
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure visual assets are compelling and aligned with the company's branding
  • Stay up-to-date on content trends and best practices across social media platforms
Social Media Algorithm Optimization
  • Monitor changes to social media platform algorithms and adjust content strategies accordingly
  • Optimize organic content for maximum reach and engagement
  • Leverage platform-specific features and functionalities to boost visibility
Website Integration
  • Coordinate with the web team to upload and update images, videos, and other visual assets on the company website
  • Ensure brand consistency and visual cohesion across digital channels
  • Provide input on website design and user experience from a social media perspective
Community Management
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms
  • Build relationships with followers and address customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Identify and engage with key influencers and brand advocates
Reporting and Analytics
  • Track and analyze social media metrics such as impressions, engagement rates, click-throughs, and conversions
  • Use these insights to optimize future content and campaigns
  • Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders

To succeed in this role, the Social Media Specialist should have a strong understanding of social media best practices, paid advertising, content creation, and web design, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. Proven experience in a similar role is a must.
