and industry, QpiAI-Explorer. We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Specialist with

expertise in managing multiple social media platforms to engage our audience and elevate our

brand presence.

Job Description:

We seek a Social Media Specialist who is well-versed in social media platforms, including

Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Google My Business. The ideal candidate should

have a portfolio showcasing their past work, as well as some experience in graphic and video

editing to create compelling content. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity,

and hands-on content creation skills to manage our social media presence and foster

community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Management: Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies

tailored for each platform, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives.

Content Creation: Design and edit graphics, short videos, and engaging visuals for

social media posts, stories, and reels across all platforms.

Platform Expertise: Utilize best practices specific to Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram,

YouTube, and Google My Business to maximize engagement, follower growth, and

brand visibility.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics across

each platform; identify trends and optimize content based on data.

Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments, and manage

messages to build a positive community presence and customer relationships.

Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute social media

campaigns for product launches, events, or special promotions.

Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and updates on each social

media platform, and suggest innovative ways to enhance our brand.

Qualifications:

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in managing social media platforms, with a proven

track record of successful engagement and growth.

Portfolio: Must provide a portfolio showcasing previous work on social media content,

campaigns, and any graphic or video editing projects.

Graphic & Video Editing Skills: Proficiency in basic graphic design (e.g., Canva,

Adobe Spark) and video editing tools (e.g., iMovie, Adobe Premiere, or similar).

Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube,

and Google My Business with proven results on each platform.

Creativity & Attention to Detail: Strong eye for aesthetics, creativity in content

creation, and attention to detail.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze social media performance data and derive

actionable insights.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the

ability to craft engaging captions and post copy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Familiarity with social media management tools.
