- The Social Media Specialist is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand presence, engage the target audience, and drive business objectives

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Create engaging and shareable content, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics, that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience
- Plan and schedule social media posts using social media management tools to ensure consistent and timely content delivery
- Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly, and engage with followers to foster positive interactions and build strong relationships
- Conduct social listening and monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement
- Analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization to drive engagement, reach, and conversions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices, and make recommendations for incorporating new features and strategies into the social media plan
- Monitor and manage paid social media campaigns, including budget tracking, ad creation, targeting, and performance analysis
- Stay informed about relevant industry regulations, privacy guidelines, and best practices for social media content and engagement
- Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in social media marketing are a plus
- Proven work experience as a social media specialist or in a similar role, demonstrating successful execution of social media strategies and campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, best practices, and algorithms
- Strong copywriting and creative skills, with an ability to develop engaging and compelling content
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative social media strategies and campaigns
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with stakeholders at different levels of the organization
- Knowledge of graphic design principles and proficiency in using design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is desirable
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization strategies for social media is a plus
