Job Description:

Chintan seeks a dynamic and results-oriented digital communication expert to lead our digital engagement and communications strategy. You will play a vital role in amplifying our mission of promoting a sustainable future through compelling storytelling and impactful content.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Create engaging content, including posts, reels, and graphics, focused on climate change, waste management, and the circular economy
• Build and nurture a strong online community through interactive campaigns and audience engagement
• Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven ability to create engaging content and manage social media platforms
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in both English and Hindi for effective stakeholder engagement and public outreach.
• Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other analytical/ statistical tools.
