• ROLE OBJECTIVE

Your objective as the Social Media Specialist with Video Editing Expertise will be to utilize your exceptional video editing skills to create high-quality, engaging short-form videos and reels that will captivate our audience. You will be responsible for crafting compelling visual content that will align with our brand's voice and aesthetic. Additionally, you will be managing and enhancing our social media presence by implementing effective strategies, engaging with our community, and analyzing performance metrics to drive organic growth and increase brand awareness across all social media platforms.

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Creation: Develop, edit, and produce high-quality short videos and reels tailored for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

• Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our social media profiles, ensuring timely and consistent posting of engaging content.

Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective social media strategies that align with our brand and goals.

• Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a positive and interactive community.

Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to improve engagement and reach.

• Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to enhance our social media presence.

Collaborations: Work with influencers, partners, and other team members to create collaborative content and expand our reach.

• QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.

Strong video editing skills with proficiency in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.

• Experience creating and uploading short, articulate reels and videos on various social media platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.

Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
