Title - Social Media Specialist
Role Overview
The Brand is looking for an insight-driven, curious, and experienced social media marketer to own the end-to-end creation and delivery of social campaigns for social media channels. In this highly-cross functional role, you ll work with both internal & external stakeholder teams to deeply understand our solutions and how they work together to solve customer challenges. You ll apply that knowledge to produce social-first content across our social channels. Candidates must possess past social media experience, exceptional verbal and written communications skills, and be comfortable managing projects with multiple stakeholders. This role requires exceptional project
management skills and ability to influence stakeholders in order to deliver optimized content for our social channels. This is a fast-paced role with opportunities to flex creative, strategic, and operational muscles in service of developing bar-raising social creative.
Job Description
Drive the creation and delivery of compelling social media content in alignment with business goals, brand and product messages, and other priorities.
Work directly with internal stakeholders to identify social content deliverables and deadlines, communicate expectations, and ensure results.
Manage existing and new relationships with third-party agencies and content creators.
Develop creative ways to activate and grow our audience on social media platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram, demonstrating excellent judgment, instincts, and a deep understanding of the social media landscape.
Analyze social trends, algorithms, competitors, and the broader social environment to discern user preferences and behaviors, informing content and social-first strategy.
Job Requirements/Mandatory Skills
Bachelors degree
4+ years of experience in social media marketing industry;
Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Create and review social media calendars, monitor the performance of previous posts, develop engaging and competitive content, prepare reports, and collaborate with influencers
Ability to plan ahead while also creating a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Deep understanding of major social media platforms including analytics, trends, and creative best practices.
Experience using and presenting data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
Preferred traits
Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery
Experience in social media, health content and blog creation.
Experience with paid Social Media
Proven budget management skills
