A Digital agency is hiring for the profile of Social Media.

Major Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Business Strategy, Direction & Positioning

Owner of the social media strategy for our clients.

Work with the business heads to set the strategic vision for all social programs

Perform account analysis and optimizations to meet clients ROI goals

Create comprehensive client reports

Identify new strategies and tactics for testing and make recommendations to clients

Conduct competitive analysis studies on client competitors

Strategizing and executing social media campaigns across all online media and key channels

Reports making and presentation skills

Account Mining & Partnerships

Get the team to work collaboratively to identify potential problems, and formulate recommendations.

Contributing to pitch presentations from Social Media stand point.

Team Management

Foster growth and skill development of team members and delegating responsibilities

Internal communication and service quality to streamline and standardize

Improving the tracking and monitoring of team members as they progress

Keep a tab/lower the attrition factors within the team and advice and inform the management accordingly.
