Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Reels Executive at Baidyanath Ayurved located in Kolkata. As a Social Media Reels Executive, you will be responsible for creating engaging and compelling reel content for our social media platforms. You will collaborate with the social media team to develop creative concepts and storylines, and execute them in a visually captivating way to attract and engage our target audience. You will also track and analyze the performance of the reels and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in creating captivating and high-quality reels with a strong sense of storytelling
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and relevant tools for creating and editing reel content
• Sound knowledge of current trends and best practices in social media reel content creation and optimization
• Excellent visual storytelling and video editing skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience in the Ayurveda or healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
