. Create engaging and compelling content, such as posts, images, and videos, to promote our organisation's mission and programs

. Monitor social media channels for mentions,comments, and messages, and respond in a timely and professional manner

. Collaborate with team members to develop social media campaigns and strategies to raise awareness, drive engagement, and increase followers

. Conduct research to identify trends and best practices in social media marketing for nonprofits
