Job Description

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and visibility on platforms.
  • Create compelling and visually appealing content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written copy.
  • Design and edit graphics, images, and videos.
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement, respond to comments, and interact with followers.
  • Brainstorm and propose creative employee engagement ideas and initiatives to foster a positive company culture.
  • Assist in organizing virtual or in-person events for employee engagement purposes.
Requirements:
  • Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (eg, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, etc) or recent graduate.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
