Job Description : Social Media Optimization Specialist (SMO)

• Become our social media guru (2+ years experience)!

• Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop & implement winning SMO strategies to boost brand visibility &

engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn,

YouTube).

Craft engaging, platform-specific content optimized for search engines.

Utilize hashtags, keywords & tagging strategies to maximize reach.

Stay on top of trends & algorithm changes to adapt your approach.

Collaborate with content creators to ensure brand alignment.

Analyze data & KPIs to measure success & identify growth opportunities.

Implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the curve.

Report on performance & provide updates to stakeholders.

• Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, etc.

Proven experience in social media optimization or digital marketing.

Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms & best practices.

Knowledge of SEO principles & techniques.

Creative mind for generating engaging content.

Strong analytical skills for data interpretation & insights.

Proficient in social media management & analytics tools.

A/B testing & optimization experience a plus.

Ability to work independently & collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for staying updated on the latest social media trends & technologies.
