Location: Bengaluru

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for client's and manage high-level interactions to deliver campaigns
• Understand client's business and objectives; and play a pivotal role in developing creative strategies
• Build and maintain regular client interactions through email, phone, face-to-face or virtual meetings
• Work-flow management by liaising with the creatives and external suppliers wherever necessary
• To report regularly and concisely to your clients, walking through the results and analysis to inform strategy and identify opportunities

Qualifications

• 2 - 3 years experience within account planning, strategy and execution
• You can come from either a Global or boutique independent digital creative / integrated marketing agency
• You are extremely comfortable with juggling multiple tasks at once
• Competent in presenting and communicating ideas to clients
• A real self-starter and a problem solver with a thorough understanding of brand campaigns and digital
• Demonstrable experience of excellent client facing skills is mandatory
• Understanding of digital marketing practices including social media, content, SEO, PPC, email campaigns and reporting tools
• Stellar communication - written and verbal as well as presentation skills
