We are seeking a qualified nutritionist to manage and respond to direct messages (DMs) on our social media platforms. As part of our in-office team, you will engage with our community, answer nutrition and fitness related inquiries, and guide prospective clients toward our services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and respond to DMs across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- during office hours.
- Provide accurate and professional nutritional advice.
- Engage with our online community in a positive and motivational manner.
- Help prospective clients with inquiries and direct them toward our programs and services.
- Collaborate with our customer service and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Keep track of common questions and provide feedback to improve FAQs and engagement strategies.
Qualifications :
- Certified Nutritionist (or relevant qualification).
- Strong passion for fitness and healthy living.
- Experience with social media engagement, particularly in fitness and wellness.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to provide personalized, empathetic responses to clients.
- Available to work full-time from the office.
Preferred :
Experience in customer service or social media management.
Familiarity with popular fitness and nutrition trends.
A personal fitness journey or strong advocacy for wellness.
