Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, has a keen aesthetic sense for beauty and wellness content, and understands the trends and strategies that drive engagement. You will work closely with our Social Media Manager to curate, create, and manage content that resonates with our audience and enhances our brand presence across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Content Creation & Curation: Develop, design, and publish engaging content for various social media channels, including posts, reels, stories, and CRM campaigns, tailored for the beauty and wellness audience.

- Social Media Management: Assist in managing our social media platforms, ensuring that all content aligns with brand guidelines and audience expectations.

- Trend Monitoring: Keep up-to-date with beauty and wellness trends, as well as social media trends, to help shape our content strategy and maximize engagement.

- Campaign Support: Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to support and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and influencer partnerships.

- Audience Engagement: Actively engage with our audience through comments, direct messages, and other interactions to foster community and brand loyalty.

- Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on content performance, helping to refine and improve strategies for maximum impact and engagement.

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of experience in social media content creation and management, preferably within the beauty and wellness industry.

- Strong aesthetic sense and creativity, with a portfolio of relevant work.

- Good understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, specifically related to beauty and wellness.

- Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.) and content creation tools.

- Strong communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively within a team.

- Passionate about beauty and wellness with a good understanding of the industry.
