Social Media Executive Responsibilities
As a Social Media Executive at Smart Interviews, you'll get first-hand experience in creating digital assets for our multimedia and digital communication needs.
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop creative and engaging social media strategies.
- Oversee, plan, and deliver engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms.
- Develop, launch, and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote your organization and brand.
- Form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms
- Manage and facilitate social media communities.
- Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity.
- Encourage collaboration across teams and departments.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
- Onboarding and running campaigns with Influencers.
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
Desired Abilities and Experience
- 6 months- 1 year experience in a professional social media role. (Experience in the Edtech industry is a plus).
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their insights, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in working with an agency is mandatory.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in social media.
- Excellent English & Hindi speaking skills.
Compensation
- INR 25,000 to 35,000 per month, based on the applicant's performance during the interview rounds and experience.
