Social Media Executive Responsibilities

As a Social Media Executive at Smart Interviews, you'll get first-hand experience in creating digital assets for our multimedia and digital communication needs.

  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram.
  • Develop creative and engaging social media strategies.
  • Oversee, plan, and deliver engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms.
  • Develop, launch, and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote your organization and brand.
  • Form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities.
  • Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity.
  • Encourage collaboration across teams and departments.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
  • Onboarding and running campaigns with Influencers.
  • Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.

Desired Abilities and Experience

  • 6 months- 1 year experience in a professional social media role. (Experience in the Edtech industry is a plus).
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their insights, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in working with an agency is mandatory.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in social media.
  • Excellent English & Hindi speaking skills.

Compensation

  • INR 25,000 to 35,000 per month, based on the applicant's performance during the interview rounds and experience.
