Job Overview: The Social Media Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. This role requires a blend of social media expertise and graphic design skills to create engaging content that aligns with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics using design software such as Photoshop and Figma
• Design, write, and schedule engaging social media content, including posts, stories, and ads
• Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals
• Engage with our social media audience, respond to comments and messages, and manage online communities
• Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns and promotions
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform content and strategy
• Support other marketing and design-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
• 6 Months -1 years of experience as a Social Media or a similar role.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Photoshop and Figma
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for design
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics
• Knowledge of SEO, and other digital marketing strategies is a plus
