Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy focused on LinkedIn to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and curate compelling content tailored for LinkedIn, ensuring consistency with the company's voice and messaging.
- Manage day-to-day posting and engagement on LinkedIn, staying up-to-date with platform changes and industry trends.
- Conduct outreach campaigns to connect with industry influencers, partners, and potential clients on social media platforms.
- Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance data, and provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve strategy and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist with a focus on LinkedIn.
- Demonstrated success in company posting, outreach, and brand building through social media platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn algorithms, best practices, and trends.
