Job Summary
Social Media Specialist will execute social media campaigns, generate engaging content, and monitor social channels to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires close collaboration with the marketing team to align with overall marketing objectives and contribute to the growth and success of our social media presence.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Execute social media strategies to meet marketing goals, such as boosting brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads or sales.
- Develop and post engaging content on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor social channels for interactions and respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and feedback.
- Work with the marketing team to create content calendars and plan social media campaigns in line with product launches, promotions, and events.
- Use social media management tools to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and analyze data to optimize content and strategy.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing, and apply this knowledge to improve our social media efforts.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, and prepare regular reports to track progress and effectiveness.
- Engage with influencers, brand advocates, and partners to enhance our brand presence and reach new audiences.
- Keep abreast of emerging social media platforms and trends, exploring opportunities to expand our presence on new platforms.
- Support other marketing initiatives and projects as needed, including content creation, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns.
