Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Create visually appealing content that aligns with Jayna Packagings mission of transforming cardboard into standout designs for FMCG, Pharma, and other industries.
- Engage with our online community, responding to inquiries, comments, and messages.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with our design and sales teams to highlight client projects and innovations.
- Provide social media strategies for business growth, expansion and planning.
- Establish KPIs to assess efficacy of current market strategy.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
