Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Medium, YouTube, etc.
2. Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos (Short and Long), that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand identity.
3. Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trends and conversations.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including influencer marketing, business development, and creative to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing initiatives and business goals.
5. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including captions, messages, and creatives to drive traffic and conversions.
6. Implement social media contests, giveaways, and other engagement tactics to foster community growth and interaction.
7. Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different platforms and audiences, including video editing.
4. Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
7. Passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging social media technologies.
