Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Expert to join our dynamic team at our Gandhinagar office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, engaging with our global audience, and driving brand awareness through compelling social media strategies and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create visually appealing and innovative content, including posts, videos, reels, and stories, that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
- Manage and maintain the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep Giffywalls at the forefront of the industry.
- Utilize paid social media advertising to amplify reach and drive targeted traffic to our website.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Expert or similar role, preferably in the home dcor or interior design industry.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Strong creative skills with the ability to create visually appealing content, including graphics and videos.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Knowledge of social media advertising and experience in managing paid campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for interior design and home dcor is a plus.
