Role Description
This is a full-time entry-level role for a Social Media Marketer & a Digital Marketer at Freedom Tree Design Studio in Mumbai. The person will be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote the brand. Daily tasks include developing social media content, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement creative social media strategies to build and maintain our brands online presence
- Craft compelling and engaging posts for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with our online community in a timely and authentic manner
- Create and manage social media calendars to ensure consistent and timely content delivery
2. Digital Marketing Execution:
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, especially SEO
- Work with the team to design eye-catching visuals and create persuasive copy for emails and landing pages
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
3. Remarketing Efforts:
- Develop and manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage visitors who have interacted with our website or social media channels
- Utilize data to segment audiences and create tailored remarketing messages that drive conversions
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of remarketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed
4. Creative Content Creation:
- Write and edit clear, compelling, and brand-aligned content for various digital platforms
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content that supports campaign goals and resonates with our audience
5. Performance Analysis:
- Regularly analyze performance metrics and prepare reports on social media and digital marketing activities
- Identify trends and insights to enhance future strategies and campaigns
6. Collaboration & Learning:
- Work closely with other team members to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and messaging
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our digital marketing efforts
7. Website Management:
- People should find the relevant categories, collections, and products they are looking for with ease
- Keep the website up-to-date from a marketer's perspective
What Were Looking For:
- Approximately 1 year of practical experience in social media, digital marketing, or a related field. Freshers welcome
- Ability to craft engaging and persuasive content as well as do copywriting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines
- Basic knowledge of design principles and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to create visually appealing content
- Passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn and grow
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of remarketing tools such as WebEngage and MailChimp
- Basic knowledge of Shopify (our website is built on this platform)
- Intermediate to advanced expertise in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
Things to note:
- It's an entry-level role and you will be reporting to our Brand Marketing Manager
- It's a 5 day working week with alternate Saturdays working remotely
- While we work daily from the studio, you can take WFH basis your manager's approval
- Our budget for this role is INR 3,00,000 to 4,00,000 per annum
