JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING EXECUTIVE/SPECIALIST Social Media Marketing Executive/Specialist should be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales. PREFERED CANDIDATE SHOULD BE:- Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive/Specialist 3+ years. Hands on experience in Content Management. Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices. Good understanding of social media KPIs. Excellent copywriting skills. Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video). Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics. Knowledge of online marketing channels. Familiarity with web design. Excellent communication skills. Analytical and multitasking skills. RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop creative and engaging social media strategies. Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels. Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Asana and Olapic. Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote your multiple platforms. organisation and brand. Undertake audience research. Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions. Monitor, track, analyses and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights. Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity. Analyses competitor activity. Recommend improvements to increase performance. Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement. EXPERIENCE: - 3+ Years Experience in Social Media Marketing Executive/Specialist profile.
