Roles and Responsibilities
Can use various PSOC platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest) to identify suitable target audiences when planning new campaigns, and set up those audiences (email list, website, engagements, lookalike, interests, and demographics).
Produces competitive and compelling ad copy for accounts, abiding by brand guidelines and tone of voice, and can communicate the best strategies for creative testing.
Can produce a detailed creative brief and feedback on creative for accounts, considering platform requirements, dimensions, and best practices for relevant campaign objectives.
Understands basic rules and uses them across campaigns to provide some form of autonomy (activating specific campaigns/increasing budgets over weekends).
Understand and can identify the components that are impacting performance (Campaign level, Ad set level, or Ad level metrics) and how these can be optimized to improve overall account performance.
Analyses data to spot trends and outliers. Able to communicate the levers that might need changing to affect overall performance.
Experience with creating campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google including an understanding of different formats, audiences, and campaign types
Experience & Qualifications
Min. 6 months of work experience working as a Paid Ads Expert.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and strong collaboration skills.
Has a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent degree.
