Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to different platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Work across various marketing tools to meet set targets and drive results.
- Creating social media campaigns and calls-to-action that drive target buyers to client sites and generate leads for our clients.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on in-depth research to optimize social media strategies.
- Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with the brand voice.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously to support community engagement, growth, and other internal initiatives as per client requirements.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics weekly, monthly, and annually, focusing on engagement, impressions, and community growth.
- Execution of all social media activities like tweeting, sharing, engaging, liking, increasing social reach. Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Posting several posts each day and finding new ways to leverage Social Media Platform for professional and business purposes.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices to keep CodeGama's social media presence ahead of the curve.
- Copywriting
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of proven experience in social media marketing.
- Ability to multitask and manage different social media platforms efficiently.
- A creative mindset with the ability to generate original and engaging content.
- Strong research skills to support data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in managing social media campaigns, community growth initiatives, and engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
