Job Description:

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to help us attract and interact with our target audience using social media. You will be responsible for managing our social media campaigns and strategies.

Responsibilities:

Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies.

Content: Write and post engaging content. Assist with creating original content.

Ads: Create and manage social media ads.

Optimization: Set up and optimize company pages to increase visibility.

Calendar: Create and manage a social media calendar.

Performance: Track and analyze social media performance and provide reports.

Engagement: Respond to messages and comments. Generate leads through social media.

Collaboration: Work with other departments to manage reputation and coordinate actions.

Email Marketing: Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.

Qualifications:

1 to 3 years of social media experience.

Strong skills in writing, editing, and communication.

Experience with social media platforms and analytics tools.

Knowledge of web design, SEO, and online marketing.

Creative thinking and video marketing experience.

Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.

Must know how to use WhatsApp and LinkedIn.

Ability to work night shifts. Benefits:
