Job description
Key responsibilities:
- Calendar: Create and own the social media calendar, ensuring plans align with strategy and key launches across channels by planning and scheduling content in advance.
- Strategy: Know what works best on different platforms and apply this knowledge to build our platform
- Coordinate: Be able to set the strategy together with our Head of Content, our CEO and Directors in various regions and translate that into team execution.
- Creation: Work with our content production team to create social media posts, implement social media campaigns and to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion.
- Competitor Analysis: Keep track of competition and devise methods of staying ahead.
- Tracking and Analytics: Work with Google Analytics and FB Insights to provide clear data that helps us improve our content and social media activity on a day-to-day basis.
- Paid Advertising: Strong working knowledge of SEO and pay-per-click advertising.
- Respond: Respond to comments, messages, and posts in a timely and professional manner.
Experience & Qualification
- 4-7 years experience in marketing and social media in a B2B Software environment.
- A social native and active on a minimum of 3 social media channels
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
- High levels of autonomy, self-motivation, and organisation.
- Expert in creating, developing, and implementing social media strategies.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms
- Experience in paid social media.
- Any digital marketing qualification (beneficial)
- Experience with analytics platforms (beneficial)
- Closely in touch with digital culture and social trends
- Knowledge of AI trends in social media.
- Team player
