The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, andmanaging our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, improve marketing andsales efforts, and drive engagement. The specialist will work closely with the marketing teamto create and distribute content that aligns with our brand s voice and strategic goals.
Required Knowledge
Strategy Development: - Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Identify target audiences and create engaging content tailored to each platform.
Content Creation: - Create, curate, and manage content including text, images, videos, and infographics.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visual content.
- Write compelling and brand-consistent copy for social media posts, campaigns, and advertisements.
Campaign Management: - Plan and execute social media campaigns to support marketing initiatives and product launches.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns.
- Optimize social media advertising campaigns based on performance metrics and insights.
Community Engagement: - Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online communities.
- Foster positive relationships with customers and influencers.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Analytics and Reporting: - Use social media analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of social media efforts.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team and senior management.
- Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights and performance metrics.
Brand Advocacy: - Ensure brand consistency in social media messages by working closely with the marketing team.
- Advocate for the brand and work to increase positive brand awareness and reputation online.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for new social media growth strategies.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
