As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our team, working closely with our clients to create and implement effective social media marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Onboarding: Engaging with clients to understand their requirements and suggesting creative ideas for their social media marketing.
- Brand Alignment: Grasping the client's branding and creative direction to ensure consistency in all marketing efforts.
- Innovative Marketing: Generating innovative marketing ideas tailored to the client's brand, designed to perform exceptionally well on various social media platforms.
- Content Planning: Developing a comprehensive content plan outlining the types of content that will be published on the client's social media channels over the next month.
- Collaboration: Working closely with the writing, design, and production teams to create engaging and impactful content.
- Paid Promotions: Collaborating with the advertising team to manage paid promotions for marketing campaigns.
- Data Analysis: Gathering insights from the operations team on advertising performance and presenting these insights to the client, along with recommendations for future enhancements.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google AdWords, Display Remarketing, and SEO.
- Exceptional written and oral English communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand and execute the client's marketing objectives.
- Willingness to travel within the city as part of the job.
