Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating social media calendars for clients, writing engaging content, handling social media advertising, and managing the social media presence for both the company and our clients. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms including text, images, videos, and infographics. (Assist Graphics Designer)
- Instagram Reels: Edit Instagram reels and make them engaging to watch
- Social Media Calendars: Create and manage comprehensive social media calendars for clients, ensuring timely and consistent posting across all platforms.
- Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns to meet client goals, including brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Community Management: Monitor, respond to, and engage with the online community on behalf of the company and clients to build brand loyalty and grow online presence.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns and provide actionable insights.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective social media strategies that align with business goals and client objectives.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clients, graphic designers, content writers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and impactful social media strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and others.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
