We Are Looking for a Social Media Manager and Content Strategist
We're in search of a creative, social media-savvy professional who has a deep understanding of social media management, brand social strategy, and content creation. The ideal candidate should have experience handling clients, managing teams, and designing successful campaigns that help brands stand out across social channels.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy:
Create and implement social media marketing strategies to help brands stand out, build awareness, and expand market reach.
Develop content calendars and content pillars aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
Analyze competitor strategies and implement social media best practices for clients.
Campaign and Social Media Management:
Brainstorm and create innovative social media campaigns that resonate with target audiences, increase visibility, and drive engagement.
Run and optimize social media campaigns to meet clients marketing goals.
Manage and grow social media communities across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, and more.
Create, schedule, and post content, engage with followers, and monitor performance metrics to improve social media strategies.
Content Creation and Management:
Create and curate rich, engaging content for brand social media channels.
Collaborate with writers and designers to produce visually stunning, on-brand content.
Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts and responding to comments and messages.
Trend Analysis and Optimization:
Stay updated on industry trends, social media tools, and new opportunities for brand growth.
Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, making adjustments to strategies as needed.
Client and Team Communication:
Manage client communications, ensuring clear understanding and execution of brand briefs.
Liaise with internal teams for seamless communication and execution.
Reporting and Analytics:
Prepare monthly reports on social mediaperformance, web traffic, and ROI.
Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to enhance future campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management, brand strategy, and copywriting, preferably in an agency setup.
Strong writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and content management systems.
Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of social media trends and strategies.
