Based in Bangalore, India, we have just launched 4 Cloud Kitchens and are looking to hire an enthusiastic intern to join our team!

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Marketing Intern at Salt and Pepper F&B Consultants in Bangalore, India. The intern will be responsible for social media marketing, content creation, digital marketing, and communication tasks to enhance the online presence and engagement of our cloud kitchens.

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and more).

Create engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics that resonate with our target audience.

Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to stay current and innovative.

Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.

Track and report on social media performance metrics, suggesting improvements based on data.

Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns and promotions.

Help with influencer outreach and partnerships to increase brand awareness.

Stay up-to-date on food trends and help ideate new ways to promote our menu items.

Requirements:

Passion for food, especially delivery and cloud kitchens.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.

Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Creative mindset with a good sense of humor and originality.

Previous experience in social media management (personal or brand) is a plus.
