Job Title: Business Development Executive
Experience: 1 - 2 Years
Location: Hinjewadi, Pune, Maharashtra
Working Hours:10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday) | Work from Office
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.
Sales Management:
Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute sales plans, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.
Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, address challenges, and set new goals.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Personally contribute to sales efforts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the design and delivery teams to ensure seamless project handovers and successful client outcomes.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market changes to inform sales strategies.
Provide market feedback to the leadership team for product/service enhancements and improvements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in software sales and business development.
Demonstrated success in leading and managing a sales team.
Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and industry best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
