Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with our marketing goals and target audience.
- Create social media content calendars and schedules, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights necessary for social media content creation.
- Engage with the social media community, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and thoughtfully.
- Foster meaningful connections with followers, influencers, and industry stakeholders to increase brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Monitor social media metrics and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and platforms.
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for staying updated on emerging trends and developments in social media marketing.
