Job Type: Internship (Unpaid for 2 months) and if the performance is excellent then will be

converted to paid after 2 months.

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Intern to join our dynamic team. This

role is perfect for someone who is passionate about social media, digital marketing, and

brand development. The initial period of this position is unpaid for the first two months, with a

strong potential for transition into a paid role based on performance and company needs.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.

- Create engaging content, including text posts, videos, and images for use on social media.

- Promote products, services, and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with

the companys brand and social media strategy.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as

needed.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency.

- Engage with social media followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely

manner.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Qualifications:

- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and

other social media best practices.

- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.

- Experience with doing audience and clients personal research.

- Familiarity with web design and publishing.

- Excellent multitasking skills.

- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

- Good time-management skills.

- Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

- Degree in Marketing or relevant field is preferred.
