Role Description

Matterwings is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team. In this role, you'll help manage and grow the social media presence of both Matterwings and our clients across various platforms. This is a full-time, remote opportunity designed for someone passionate about social media, digital marketing, and brand storytelling.

The position is a remote role, with a base in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Strategy: Develop compelling social media content, including graphics, videos, and captions, that align with the brand's values and voice. Assist in planning and executing social media strategies to boost engagement and brand visibility.
• Social Media Management: Manage daily posting schedules across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), monitor engagement, and foster a positive online community.
• Brand Promotion: Promote both Matterwings and clients brands, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and aesthetic. Support in crafting campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
• Audience Engagement: Actively engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, and initiating meaningful conversations to build strong community relationships.
• Digital Marketing Support: Assist in implementing broader digital marketing initiatives, including influencer outreach, paid ad campaigns, and SEO efforts, to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Qualifications

• Graduated or Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field
• Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
• Social Media Content Creation skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
