Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic individual to support our team with a variety of digital marketing activities, including social media campaigns, content creation, and market research. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills and a willingness to learn.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Content Scheduling: Create and manage weekly content lineups for clients.
- Social Media Engagement: Monitor and respond to queries on clients social media accounts (initially under the manager's supervision).
- Timely Posting: Ensure daily postings are made on time for both company and client-related content.
- Reputation Management: Maintain and enhance the online reputation of clients.
- Profile Coordination: Work with internal staff to ensure client profiles are accurate and up-to-date.
- Campaign Implementation: Collaborate with the creative head to execute client-specific weekly/monthly campaigns.
- Content Distribution: Coordinate and distribute content across various platforms.
- Brainstorming Meetings: Schedule and coordinate monthly brainstorming sessions with the internal social media team to develop content ideas and plan monthly social activities.
- Media Calendar Maintenance: Maintain media calendars for clients.
- Mood Board Creation: Develop mood boards for clients as needed.
- Analytics Monitoring: Understand and monitor social media analytics.
- Performance Tracking: Track key social media analytics monthly, including metrics from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Qualifications
- Internship experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
- Certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
Technical and soft skills
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and Google+, and best practices.
- Should be able to use Canva
- Strong understanding of social media dynamics.
- Excellent multitasking abilities.
- Strong critical thinking and problem
