Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content (posts, stories, reels) across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Collaborate with the design and video production teams to develop visually appealing and brand-consistent content- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitors to suggest new content ideas
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and participate in online conversations
- Analyze social media performance metrics (likes, comments, shares, reach) and provide insights for improvement
Support in running paid social media campaigns and analyzing their results- Assist in influencer outreach and coordination for collaborations
Requirements:- Strong passion for social media and knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Basic understanding of social media marketing strategies and content creation
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus
Ability to work in a team and take constructive feedback- Knowledge of design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software is a bonus
