Job Overview:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented WhatsApp/E-mail/SMS Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of messaging campaigns across multiple channels, including WhatsApp, email, and SMS. Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, creation, and execution of marketing campaigns via WhatsApp, email, and SMS platforms.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for messaging campaigns, including promotional messages, newsletters, and updates.
Audience Segmentation:
Help segment contact lists based on customer behavior, demographics, and preferences to ensure targeted and personalized communication.Automation Management:
Assist in setting up and managing automated messaging sequences to streamline communication and improve efficiency.Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Compliance: Ensure all messaging campaigns comply with relevant regulations and best practices, including opt-in/opt-out management and data privacy standards.
A/B Testing:
Conduct A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different messaging strategies, formats, and timings.Cross-Channel Coordination:
Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.Customer Support Coordination: Work with the customer support team to manage responses and inquiries generated through messaging campaigns.
