- Plan, create, and manage effective Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, optimizing for engagement and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to continuously improve results for clients.
- Develop and implement creative social media marketing strategies to grow client brands across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in short content and video marketing, creating compelling, on-trend videos to maximize engagement.
- Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging, result-driven ads and organic content.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring the highest possible ROI.
- Engage with clients to understand their goals and deliver tailored marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Meta (Facebook) Ads management and paid campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Business Suite, and Instagram promotion.
- Proficient in content creation, especially short videos and trending content formats for social media.
- Excellent understanding of social media marketing best practices.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
