Job Description:
Koluxe Cosmetics is seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Marketing Intern to join our growing team. This role is essential in building and maintaining our brand's online presence, engaging with our community, and driving our marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for Koluxe's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Social Media Management: Schedule and publish posts, monitor social media accounts, and respond to comments and messages promptly.
- Campaign Development: Assist in planning, creating, and executing social media marketing campaigns to promote Koluxe products and brand values.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to optimize content and campaigns.
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain a strong online community by engaging with followers, influencers, and partners.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content is consistent with Koluxe's brand voice, style, and values.
Requirements:
- Education: Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is preferred.
Skills:
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong visual and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
